As of 25th August, we now also have this information confirmed:

a. The trial window is between 12 March 2027 and 30 April 2027
b. The claim shall be tried by Judge and Jury pursuant to Section 66(3)(b)
County Courts Act 1984.

So it will be a jury trial.  THIS IS GOOD NEWS – and sets a duration for pledges.
